Waiting at the DPS. Shoot me now.
Actually, they were on L4099 when got here. Now on L4101. I should have brought a book.

“Pflugerville” sounds like the name of a fictional town where everyone has respi ratory illnesses.

I’ m not really interested in a serving of number 2, but that’s all they have on the menu there, IIRC.

Wait, the Pville office is open? My gf tried to go there Tuesday, and they were supposedly closed all month. Had to go downtown and wait for 3 hours.

That’s the TC tax office, not the DPS office. A bunch of tax office employees got busted for embezzlement or something. That office may never open again, which would suck.

She was definitely there for a DL- may have been a misunderstanding/ she went to the wrong door .
I guess I shouldn’t tell her that on her birthday...

They’re not all that close. The DPS office is on Wells Branch Pkwy, while the tax office is north of 1825 near downtown Pflugerville, such as it is.

When i went a few years ago I noticed a pattern of people getting tickets and then dissapearing for an hour .
Now if I have to go, i’ll go at 6am on a Sat, stand outside for an hour and then be done in 10 minutes.
One weird thing is how you have to fill out a form, then hand them the form to retype. Why do we even have to go there? It makes no sense.

My son and I got there this morning before 7:00, thinking the doors would open at 7:30. They’re closed Saturdays. I thought for sure the guy at the desk told me they were open, but I must have misunderstood. I guess we’ll try again early Monday morning. They do have an online sign in.
